Questions Worth Asking Before You Start

These are the questions we get most often, answered the way we would answer them on a call — directly, including the parts that are not sales-friendly.

Construction, home-service, and local service businesses — roofing, HVAC, contracting, remodeling, cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and other appointment- or lead-based service businesses. If your business runs on booked jobs and qualified inquiries, you are in the right category.
Meta Ads is our core service, but not the only one. We also handle Facebook and Instagram page management and the creative strategy behind both. Additional funnel, CRM, and automation support may be available depending on your business and what you actually need.
Yes. That covers content planning, branded posts, captions, scheduling, and keeping your pages active and professional. The posting volume and content direction are agreed with you before we start, so expectations are clear on both sides.
We create branded posts, graphics, captions, and ad creative concepts from the assets and information you provide. We do not produce on-location photography or cinematic video. Most service businesses already have usable job photos — we work with those and direct you on what else is worth capturing.
You do, in most cases. Job site photos, completed work, team shots, and simple phone video are usually the strongest performing creative for service businesses anyway — they look real, because they are. We tell you exactly what to capture and how, then handle the rest.
Not as a standard service. Full inbox management, customer-service handling, and round-the-clock comment moderation sit outside our scope. Your team knows your pricing, availability, and jobs far better than we do, so lead conversations are best handled by you. We can advise on response templates and speed.
No. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Meta from your own ad account. Our fee covers management, creative direction, content, and reporting. Keeping spend in your account means you always have full visibility of what is being spent.
It depends on your market size, service area, average job value, and how many jobs you can realistically take on. A budget too small never gathers enough data to optimize; a budget too large before the offer is proven wastes money. We will recommend a starting range on the strategy call based on your actual numbers, not a generic figure.
No ethical marketing company can guarantee sales or a specific number of leads. Results depend on the market, offer, budget, competition, sales process, response speed, and other factors. Our responsibility is to build, manage, test, and improve the marketing system with care and transparency.
Most accounts go from onboarding to live campaigns within roughly one to two weeks. The main variable is how quickly access, brand assets, and approvals come together on your side. Meta's own review process can also add time.
You receive regular updates covering spend, leads, cost per lead, what changed, and what we recommend next. Reporting frequency is agreed at onboarding. Beyond scheduled reports, you can reach us directly — you are not waiting on a monthly deck to ask a question.
You do. We work inside your Meta Business Manager, your ad account, your Facebook Page, and your Instagram profile using the access you grant. That access can be removed at any time, and your assets, audiences, and campaign history stay with you if we stop working together.
Yes. We work on an ongoing basis rather than long lock-in contracts. Notice periods and any minimum initial term are agreed in writing before we begin, so there are no surprises. That said, meaningful optimization takes time — very short engagements rarely give campaigns a fair test.
Yes. We work remotely with service businesses in different regions and time zones. What matters more than location is whether the market supports paid advertising for your service and whether your team can respond to inquiries promptly.
Possibly. Landing pages, funnels, CRM setup, lead routing, and follow-up automation are not part of the standard service, but additional support may be available depending on your business. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing yet — for many businesses, fixing response speed matters more than adding software.
We collect your business details, service areas, main offers, and brand assets, then set up access to your Meta Business Manager, Facebook Page, and Instagram. We also confirm how leads should reach your team and who approves creative. The full checklist is on our Our Process page.
