These terms govern your use of zekahgrowth.org and, where applicable, the marketing services provided by Zekah Growth ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
About Our Services
Zekah Growth provides Meta Ads management, Facebook and Instagram management, and creative and growth strategy services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, term, and notice period for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between us and the client. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Content on this website is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice, and nothing on this site creates a client relationship on its own.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, revenue, cost per lead, or return on advertising spend. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, competition, advertising budget, sales process, response speed, seasonality, and platform policies and algorithms. Any figures shown on this website relate to specific accounts over specific periods and are not a projection or promise of future performance.
Advertising Spend
Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by the client directly to Meta from the client's own ad account. The client is responsible for their own advertising spend, payment methods, and any charges incurred on their ad account.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business, service, and pricing information
- Granting and maintaining the platform access needed to perform the work
- Supplying brand assets, photos, and any materials needed for content
- Reviewing and approving creative and content within a reasonable timeframe
- Responding to and following up with leads
- Ensuring their advertised claims, offers, licensing, and services comply with applicable law
- Complying with Meta's advertising policies and terms
Account and Data Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram profiles, audiences, and campaign history. We work within those assets using the access granted, and that access may be revoked at any time.
Intellectual Property
The Zekah Growth name, logo, website design, and site content are our property. Creative work produced specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement may be used by that client for their own marketing. We may reference work performed and display creative or results in our portfolio and case studies, anonymized on request. Clients grant us the licence needed to use their supplied materials for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services depend on third-party platforms, including Meta. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, algorithm changes, ad disapprovals, account restrictions, or account suspensions imposed by those platforms.
Fees, Payment, and Cancellation
Fees, billing cycles, minimum terms, and notice periods are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in advance of the service period and are non-refundable for work already performed. Either party may end the engagement in line with the notice period set out in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client to us for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
