Where we manage advertising or social media accounts for a client, we access those platforms using permissions the client grants. Data within those accounts belongs to the client. We do not export, sell, or reuse client audience data for any other business, and access can be revoked by the client at any time.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for any period required for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
